Today Bright Sparks made jelly. We had to work in our table groups and have turns to pour in the ingredients. We got the utensils and the procedure. The ingredients were:

• 1 packet of jelly crystal
• 250mL of boiling water
• 200mL of cold water

The utensils were:

• Large bowl
• 500mL measuring jug
• Large spoon
• foam cups

Steps of how to make jelly:

1. Pour jelly cyrstal into large bowl.
2. Add 250mL of boiling water.
3. Stir till disolved
4. Add 200mL of cold water.
5. Get the spoon and pour the jelly in.
6. Refrigerate until firm (Minimum 4 hours)

Miss Finos poured the boiling water out of the jug because it was way too hot. Finally Miss Finos and I put the cups of jelly in the refrigerater. Bright Sparks are really looking forward to eating the jelly.
